Movement, accuracy and competitive cricket. Twelve bowlers work with Keith for three hours, with four batters joining for the final 90 minutes.

Bowling Masterclass

Movement drills, back-foot contact, alignment, accuracy challenges and a competitive bat-vs-ball finish.

Batting Place
Final 90 minutes, arriving 90 minutes after bowlers
Preparation, a shared hour-long bat-vs-ball competition and feedback from Keith, with bowling-machine practice where appropriate.

Bowlers build through contact and movement drills, alignment work and three accuracy challenges before the six-ball finisher. Then both groups take part in an hour-long shared competition. Batters rotate fairly, rather than each receiving an hour of batting.
The running order is proposed for Keith's final review. Bowling-machine practice is included where appropriate, subject to lane and operator arrangements.
